Job summary

the company is seeking a KYC Analyst – Inbound Compliance to join our Inbound Compliance team in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You will own the KYC request lifecycle, ensuring timely intake, processing, and resolution while maintaining audit-ready records and regulatory alignment.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, apply global KYC/AML frameworks, and stay ahead of evolving regulatory requirements, supporting accurate, compliant transactions and documentation across regions.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2+ years of compliance experience with KYC/AML knowledge.
• Detail-oriented under pressure in high-volume environment.
• Strong client-facing communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with complex legal entities; offshore structures a plus.
• Knowledge of global KYC/AML frameworks; ICA/ACAMS a plus.
• Comfort with AI tools in workflows (preferred).
• Degree in law, compliance, finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the KYC request lifecycle from intake to resolution.
• Serve as the primary client contact for KYC inquiries.
• Review and validate KYC docs for AML/KYC compliance.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date KYC records in systems.
• Monitor and apply evolving KYC/AML regulations globally.
