Carta is seeking a Senior Associate Inbound Compliance Analyst (KYC) to join the Inbound Compliance team. This role handles high-volume, client-facing KYC work, owning engagements end to end and ensuring regulatory alignment across EU/UK/US.

You will mentor junior analysts, stay ahead of evolving KYC/AML rules, and maintain airtight records in Carta's systems while coordinating with counterparties and investors across jurisdictions.

Qualifications
