Job summary

Carta, a platform for private capital, is hiring a KYC Analyst in Inbound Compliance. You will join the front line of our compliance function in a high-volume, client-facing environment where accuracy and regulatory fluency are the baseline, and manage KYC requests from intake to resolution.

Bring 1–2+ years of compliance experience, a proactive, decisive approach, and strong written and spoken communication. Knowledge of global KYC/AML frameworks helps; ICA/ACAMS is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of compliance experience, with working understanding of global KYC/AML frameworks.
• AML/KYC certifications (ICA, ACAMS) are a plus but not required.
• Ability to apply regulatory frameworks practically in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, professional demeanor in client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Own the KYC request lifecycle from intake to timely resolution.
• Serve as the primary contact for KYC inquiries, guiding clients on global requirements.
• Review and validate KYC documentation for completeness and compliance with AML/KYC standards.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all KYC requests in Carta's systems.
• Stay ahead of evolving KYC/AML regulations and apply updates to daily work.
