Carta, Inc. is seeking a KYC Analyst – Inbound Compliance to join our fast-paced, client-facing team. You will manage inbound KYC requests from start to finish, ensuring timely responses and a clean audit trail.

In this role you will review documentation for AML/KYC compliance, stay ahead of evolving regulations, and serve as a trusted guide to clients globally. The position offers growth in a dynamic, fintech environment with strong collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2+ years of compliance experience with KYC/AML knowledge.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
• Familiarity with complex legal entities and offshore structures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the KYC request lifecycle from intake to resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for KYC inquiries globally.
• Review and validate KYC documentation for completeness and compliance with AML/KYC standards.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready records of all KYC requests and documentation.
• Monitor evolving KYC/AML regulations and apply updates to daily work.
