Job summary

Carta is hiring a KYC Analyst – Inbound Compliance to join our fast-paced, global team. You’ll own the KYC request lifecycle, manage intake and resolution, and ensure every response meets our standards while applying AML/KYC frameworks.

You’ll serve as the client’s compliance guide, work with leading asset managers, maintain airtight records for audits, monitor regulatory changes, and grow within a dynamic, AI-enabled fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of global KYC and AML frameworks.
• 1–2 years of compliance experience with KYC/AML.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with high-volume, client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Own the KYC request lifecycle: intake, processing, timely resolution.
• Be the client’s compliance guide with clear answers on requirements.
• Uphold the regulatory bar by validating documentation for AML/KYC.
• Keep records airtight with up-to-date documentation for audits.
• Stay ahead of evolving KYC/AML regulations globally.
