Job summary

Carta is seeking a KYC Analyst – Inbound Compliance to manage the intake, processing, and resolution of KYC requests for leading asset managers and private equity firms. You’ll serve as the primary client contact, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate documentation in Carta’s systems.

You will monitor changes in global KYC/AML regulations and apply updated requirements, maintaining an audit-ready trail.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of compliance experience.
• Working understanding of global KYC and AML frameworks and how to apply them.
• Ability to handle high-volume, client-facing inquiries with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Own the KYC request lifecycle: intake, processing, and timely resolution.
• Be the client’s compliance guide with clear, confident answers on global KYC requirements.
• Uphold regulatory standards: review KYC docs for completeness, accuracy, and AML/KYC compliance.
• Keep airtight records of all KYC requests and documentation.
• Stay ahead of evolving KYC/AML regulations and apply updates to daily work.
