Job summary

Carta is hiring a KYC Analyst – Inbound Compliance in Seattle to own the KYC request lifecycle, manage intake, processing, and timely resolution for clients and counterparties, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will serve as the client’s compliance guide, review documentation for AML/KYC frameworks, and maintain airtight records to support a clean audit trail while monitoring regulatory changes to keep Carta’s posture up to date.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of compliance experience.
• Working knowledge of global KYC and AML frameworks.
• AML/KYC certifications such as ICA or ACAMS are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the KYC request lifecycle, managing intake, processing, and timely resolution for inbound requests from clients and counterparties.
• Be the client’s compliance guide, providing clear, confident answers on global KYC requirements to move transactions forward.
• Review and validate KYC documentation for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance with AML/KYC standards and frameworks.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all KYC requests and documentation for a clean audit trail.
• Monitor evolving KYC/AML regulations globally and apply updated requirements to daily work.
