Rain is seeking a hands‑on Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance team with a focus on KYC and KYB onboarding operations. You will review applications, make risk decisions, and work directly with partners to move onboarding forward while upholding compliance quality.

This is a do‑er role—execute with sound judgment across complex cases. You will stay current on FinCEN advisories, FATF typologies, and crypto-related trends, while contributing to policy development and a high‑volume, fast‑paced

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a compliance, KYC, AML investigations or onboarding role at a FinTech, payments or crypto company
• Experience reviewing KYB applications including beneficial ownership analysis and document verification
• Experience with OFAC, PEP and adverse media screening tools and independent determinations

Responsabilités

• Review and disposition KYC/KYB onboarding applications end to end
• Conduct enhanced due diligence on high-risk applicants
• Make SAR recommendations with documentation for regulator
• Draft SAR narratives to FinCEN quality standards
• Issue RFIs and follow up for information
• Support periodic KYC refresh reviews
• Contribute to onboarding and investigation policy development
• Stay current on FinCEN, FATF typologies and crypto-related trends
