Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of regulatory experience with global KYC and AML frameworks.
• ICA/ACAMS certifications are a plus but not required.
• Experience handling complex legal entities and offshore jurisdictions (e.g., Cayman, Luxembourg).

Responsibilities

• Own the KYC request lifecycle: intake, processing, and timely resolution for inbound KYC requests.
• Serve as the primary client contact for KYC inquiries and provide clear guidance on global requirements.
• Review and validate KYC documentation for completeness, accuracy, and AML/KYC compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of all KYC requests and documentation for audit trails.
• Monitor evolving KYC/AML regulations and apply updates to daily work.
