Zusammenfassung

Coinflow is hiring a KYC Analyst to oversee the KYC/KYB lifecycle for merchants and ensure compliant onboarding. You will develop SOPs, design workflows, and partner with Product and Engineering to drive improvements, tooling, and automation.

You will protect the platform from regulatory risk while collaborating with Compliance, Risk, Engineering, and Support teams to scale KYC programs globally.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in KYC/AML within fintech, payments, or banking.
• Subject matter expertise with jurisdictional compliance requirements and KYC/KYB for business entities and individuals.
• Familiarity with fraud signals and the ability to detect these during KYC review.
• Develop and manage program-level processes and requirements with a view toward growing into a team lead position.
• Strong communication skills and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Political Science/Liberal Arts, Business, Economics or a related field.

Aufgaben

• Own KYC/KYB reviews throughout merchant onboarding, ensuring compliance and improving efficiency.
• Manage Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews of KYC information during onboarding with escalation paths as needed.
• Handle post-onboarding merchant requests for product or regional expansion with due diligence.
• Oversee ongoing KYC/KYB maintenance and periodic reviews with updated documentation.
• Drive KYC/KYB initiatives across regions, products, and banking relationships.
• Provide guidance on KYC documentation and resolve compliance inquiries across the organization.
• Perform assessments of partner KYC/AML programs for alignment with reliance standards.
