Tide is hiring a KYC Analyst to support our growing global SME banking ecosystem. You will engage with applicants by email, verify data for CDD/EDD, and collaborate with internal compliance to shape KYC policy.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Curious about KYC principles and processes.
• Experience in KYC/compliance with CDD and EDD.
• Background in financial services; gaming is a plus.
• Experience in client service or dealing with third-party partners.
• Analytical mindset with ability to digest large data sets and spot patterns.
• Strong computer literacy.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with applicants via email in a non-call center environment.
• Review and verify member data and documentation for CDD and EDD processes.
• Liaise with internal compliance on the shaping and application of KYC policy.
• Identify areas for improvement that enhance efficiency and member experience.
• Lend a hand wherever it may be needed in the business.
• Be expected to work weekends, not every but some (rotation).
