Job summary

Concierge Auctions is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to oversee the SDR and BD teams. You will set KPIs, coach staff, and drive pipeline development, with a hands-on approach to ensure activity and conversions meet objectives.

The role emphasizes training, performance management, and remote team leadership, with occasional travel as needed to support luxury real estate transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing, coaching, and developing sales teams.
• Experience in luxury real estate or high-value transactions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and manage clear KPIs for the SDR and BD teams.
• Lead onboarding and development of newly transitioned Business Developers.
• Oversee daily sales activities and pipeline development.
• Maintain CRM data, reporting, and analytics for leadership visibility.
