Job summary

Concierge Auctions is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Sales Development Representative and Business Developer teams. This hands-on role emphasizes KPIs, coaching, and performance coaching with a focus on pipeline development and revenue growth.

You will train and develop newly transitioning Business Developers while ensuring both teams meet activity, pipeline, and sales targets. A proven track record in quota-driven environments is essential for success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience.
Minimum of 3 years managing sales teams.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience training and developing sales professionals, particularly those transitioning into new sales roles.

Responsibilities

Establish, implement, and manage clear KPIs for SDR and BD teams, aligned with company objectives.
Monitor performance and ensure accountability and progress toward goals.
Develop KPI reports and dashboards for senior leadership with visibility into activity and pipeline.
Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with trends and actionable recommendations.
Analyze sales data to identify underperformance and implement corrective actions.
Conduct regular coaching, pipeline reviews, and development plans to improve performance.
Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting practices across both teams.
