Qualifications
- Two+ years leading a frontline contact center or similar team.
- Proven coaching and performance-improvement track record.
- Experience with call review and behavior-based coaching.
- Familiarity with CRM and cloud contact center platforms.
Responsibilities
- Coach individual performance with weekly sessions and live call listening.
- Own team results across sales conversion, call quality, attendance, and productivity.
- Set clear expectations and provide direct feedback to improve performance.
- Lead day-to-day team experience, schedules, onboarding, and escalations.
- Run weekly team meetings to align priorities and coaching efforts.
