Job summary

Clever Real Estate is seeking a Home Concierge Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 15 specialists who engage with prospective home buyers and sellers. The role drives performance through coaching, call reviews, and development plans.

You will manage attendance, scheduling, escalations, and ramp for new hires while focusing on improving metrics such as conversion and customer outcomes in a high-volume outbound setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years leading a frontline contact center, inside sales, or customer service team.
• Proven coaching ability to improve individual and team performance.
• Experience using sales/service metrics to steer coaching and actions.

Responsibilities

• Coach individual performance through weekly sessions and call reviews.
• Own team results across sales conversion, outcomes, quality, productivity, attendance, and adherence.
• Lead day-to-day team experiences: meetings, attendance, scheduling, escalations, and ramping new hires.
