Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer (Pre-Sales) for Korea, based in Seoul, in a hybrid role. You will partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, architect bespoke solutions, and demonstrate Cloudflare’s portfolio through proofs of concepts.

You will act as a trusted advisor across the customer journey, maintaining relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion, while driving revenue and platform adoption with a commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with account teams and build architectures and PoCs across Cloudflare’s portfolio.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Own long-term technical relationships and align product roadmap with customer goals.
• Carry a quota and drive new business and account expansion with measurable outcomes.
• Leverage AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks and focus on advisory work.
