Job summary

Graphcore is seeking a Knowledge Management and Training Project Intern in Austin for a 12-week, full-time summer internship (May–August). You will develop documentation and training materials for data center engineering environments, collaborating with engineers and subject matter experts to transform complex information into practical guidance.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in communications, information management, business, learning and development, technical communication or related field.
• Strong written communication and ability to organize information for different audiences.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to follow established processes, incorporate feedback and ask questions when unclear.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for handling tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources for data center engineering environments.
• Support the Technical Services team in Austin and work with engineers and subject matter experts to convert complex information into usable guidance.
• Own defined project tasks with guidance, feedback and support from experienced team members.
• Contribute to onboarding materials and knowledge systems to help colleagues understand current processes and apply information confidently.
