Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking a Knowledge Management & Digital Training Intern to help create knowledge content for field teams and develop new training materials. You will work with the Knowledge Management Director on weekly articles and learning content, gaining hands-on experience translating complex information into practical training.

This internship offers mentorship, exposure to the automotive sector within Cox, and a portfolio-ready project that will be implemented by Performance

Qualifications

• Enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a degree in instructional design, education, communications, business, or related field.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to organize complex information logically.
• Able to take a complex topic and make it simple.
• Confident presenter with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Growth mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop course content.
• Develop outlines, job aids, and visual aids for adult learners.
• Create knowledge checks for adult learners.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Present learning content to Performance Managers and Sales Specialists.
• Build cross-functional relationships across teams.
