Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking a Knowledge Management & Digital Training Intern to assist with creating knowledge content for in-field teams and updating existing software content.

You will work with the Knowledge Management Director to design, develop, and validate weekly articles and learning content for adult learners. You will collaborate across Performance Management, Support, and Leadership while building practical training materials and knowledge checks.

Qualifications

• Enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a relevant degree.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to organize complex information.
• Able to simplify complex topics for adult learners.
• Confident presenter with excellent communication skills.
• Self-starting and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop course content.
• Create outlines, job aids, and visual aids for adult learners.
• Develop knowledge checks for learner assessment.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
• Present content to Performance Managers, Sales Specialists, and consultants.
• Network with peers across departments to share learning initiatives.
