Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Knowledge Management & Digital Training Intern to help create and validate weekly knowledge articles and training content for field teams. You will work with the Knowledge Management Director and the Business Leadership Team, developing learning materials and turning complex topics into practical content for adult learners.

This internship offers on‑the‑job mentorship and real project impact.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled at an accredited university and pursuing a degree in instructional design, education, communications, business, or a related field.
• Ability to organize complex information and present it clearly to adult learners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Performance Management, vAuto Support, Instructional Design, and Business Leadership to develop course content.
• Create content outlines, job aids, and visual aids to explain the vAuto ecosystem to adult learners.
• Design knowledge checks tailored for adult learners.
