Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to join our team in Beavercreek, Ohio.

This role focuses on robust records management, cross‑functional knowledge sharing, and administration of DAF365 (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive) within security boundaries. The candidate will develop KM strategies, taxonomies, and standard operating procedures, ensuring compliant information flow and training personnel on KM tools and data handling practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 10 years of related experience.
Experience with DoW/DAF records management policies and ERM.
Advanced proficiency with DAF365 and KM tools (SharePoint Online, Teams).
Experience building KM strategies, taxonomies, and information architecture within DoD/government contexts.
Experience tracking action items and coordinating documentation for oversight boards.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to train personnel on KM tools.
Active TS/SCI with SAP eligibility.

Responsibilities

Execute records management programs per DoD DoW/DAF directives.
Champion knowledge sharing and align information architecture with mission objectives.
Architect and optimize DAF365 environments (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive).
Oversee Jira and Confluence integration and data hygiene.
Identify bottlenecks and implement streamlined KM workflows and training.
Support leadership with documentation for oversight boards and task tracking.
