Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information management, information systems, computer science, business administration, or related field.
- Five years of professional experience in knowledge/records management, information management, or SharePoint administration, preferably in federal/defense environments.
- Hands-on experience configuring and administering SharePoint Online sites, permissions, libraries, lists, metadata, and modern web parts.
- Microsoft 365 skills: Power Automate cloud flows, Power BI reports/dashboards, Purview retention/sensitivity controls.
- Knowledge of federal records-management requirements, NARA guidance, and Purview implementations.
Responsibilities
- Design and restructure SharePoint Online sites, libraries, content types, metadata, taxonomy, and navigation to align with client information-management standards.
- Plan and execute content migrations from legacy storage into secure SharePoint Online environments with validation and post-migration checks.
- Conduct content inventories and coordinate cleanup, de-duplication, remediation, and disposition to improve data quality and compliance.
