Job summary

Bestica Inc. seeks a Knowledge Management Specialist to support Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH. The role focuses on FOIA program management, privacy protections, records lifecycle, and documentation for leadership briefings, ensuring compliance with DoD/DAF requirements.

The candidate will develop and deliver training, coordinate with AFRL FOIA managers, and maintain records disposition schedules while safeguarding sensitive information. NDA compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with ≥2 years’ knowledge management and DoD guidelines.
• Proficiency in managing FOIA requests and privacy protections.
• Experience or familiarity with AFRIMS/AF Records Management systems and eFOIA portals is a plus.
• Strong documentation and briefing skills for leadership.
• Must have signed NDA before start of performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Wing FOIA program in accordance with DoD/DAF regulations and AFRL policies.
• Support Wing PA program, monitor PII breaches, and maintain PA tracking logs.
• Coordinate records management via AFRL e-records standards and Content Server/Livelink.
• Provide training and guidance on records management to staff and leadership.
