Job summary

Crowned Grace International is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to design and sustain the knowledge architecture of the Mission Performance Improvement Branch. The role centers on defining service catalogs, metadata schemas, and taxonomy to enable rapid end-user access and to build and administer online repositories on government-approved platforms.

The candidate will organize data, govern digital assets, and create SOPs, ensuring secure file management and streamlined collaboration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of management experience.
Experience administering and developing SharePoint Online sites or comparable enterprise repositories.
Experience building service catalogs, taxonomies, or metadata schemas.
Eligible for Tier 2 Public Trust determination and CAC issuance.
Proficiency with document management systems and collaboration tools (MS 365).

Responsibilities

Organizes, governs, and shares critical operational data and assets across the agency to support leadership.
Design and maintain enterprise collaboration environments, document repositories, and SharePoint sites.
Standardize processes, draft SOPs, and build process workflows.
Produce executive briefings, training decks, and multimedia content to promote knowledge-sharing.
Bridge the gap between users and evolving platforms to accelerate mission execution.
