Web Business Solutions Inc is seeking a Knowledge Management Analyst to develop and sustain strategies, repositories, taxonomies, and processes that enhance information capture, access, and continuity across the organization. You will deliver training, establish governance, and create metrics to measure impact, while supporting information retrieval and knowledge-sharing events.

This role requires a bachelor's degree and at least three years of related experience, plus an active security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Three (3) years' experience in knowledge management, records management, information management, or organizational development support.
• Active Secret clearance required; Tier 1 background investigation minimum.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to capture, organize, and share critical information across the organization.
• Create and maintain centralized knowledge repositories with accessible, accurate, and up-to-date data.
• Establish taxonomy standards and governance to ensure consistent information categorization.
• Develop and deliver staff training on KM tools, procedures, and best practices.
• Develop metrics and reporting to evaluate KM initiatives and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support information retrieval and respond to user inquiries to locate critical information.
• Coordinate knowledge-sharing events such as workshops and communities of practice.
