Job summary

UNOPS is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist in New York to lead KM strategy, learning programs and partnerships with MDBs. You will develop knowledge products, manage repositories and support policy engagement across three-tier delivery systems.

You will translate complex policy into practical resources for HQ and field offices, promote gender equality and ethical digital use, and strengthen collaboration with World Bank and African Development Bank colleagues.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in knowledge management, policy research and analysis, organizational learning, programme management or related field.
• Experience developing analytical or knowledge products for professional audiences.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and translating technical material into practical outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead knowledge management strategy, systems and products aligned with results framework.
• Coordinate knowledge products: case studies, briefs, summaries, and guidance materials.
• Maintain repositories, taxonomies and quality standards with version control.
• Design learning programs and a community of practice for UN-IFI partnerships.
• Support partnerships with World Bank, AfDB and other MDBs; prepare briefs and trackers.
