Job summary

FHI 360 is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to support global health projects by developing and coordinating technical and public-facing products. You will work with cross-country teams to capture evidence, share learning, and ensure consistency with donor branding and standards.

The role focuses on producing concise, audience-appropriate materials, coordinating webinars and events, and maintaining knowledge repositories.

Qualifications

• Develops, drafts, edits, and coordinates high-quality technical and public-facing products.

Responsibilities

• Implements established knowledge management plans, processes, tools, and activities.
• Maintains knowledge repositories, content trackers, editorial calendars, templates, guidance, training materials, and other knowledge management resources.
• Assists with collecting, verifying, and organizing information for inclusion in client reports and technical products.
• Responds to requests and inquiries from technical teams, country offices, partners, and other stakeholders.
