Job summary

Arabella Advisors is seeking a Senior Director, Knowledge Management and Learning, to build scalable KM and learning capabilities for its Managed Organizations. You will design strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and align KM efforts with client impact across the philanthropy sector.

You will shape processes, oversee budgets, and drive change management, with direct impact on staff development and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required with 10+ years of increasing responsibility.
Experience designing and leading KM and learning strategies in professional services or nonprofit sectors.
Proven ability to lead transformational change, manage budgets, and scale teams.

Responsibilities

Define and lead knowledge management and learning strategies across Arabella MO teams.
Build and manage KM/L&D teams and budgets to deliver strategic outcomes.
Lead change management initiatives and drive adoption of KM/learning tools and processes.
Develop and implement tools, dashboards, and databases to improve program effectiveness.
Collaborate with IT, HR, and client teams to ensure knowledge is accessible and actionable.
Partner with Salesforce/SharePoint ecosystems to enable knowledge sharing and BI.
