Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible experience in project or programme management, administration, learning and development or related area.
• Experience designing training programs with an e-learning component.
• Experience conducting training/learning needs assessments.
• Experience working in a learning and development capacity for an international organization.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the development, implementation and evaluation of learning and development projects; manages, maintains and scales L&D project development and implementation.
• Performs consulting assignments by planning facilitating workshops and developing client action plans.
• Researches and presents information pertaining to L&D needs gathered from diverse sources.
• Assists in development of UN L&D-focused strategy in collaboration with partners and stakeholders.
• Undertakes survey initiatives and designs data collection tools as part of the UN Campus; analyzes responses and draws conclusions.
• Prepares various written outputs and presentations for L&D requirements.
