Job summary

UNOPS, with hubs in New York, Geneva and Vienna, seeks a Knowledge Management Specialist to advance knowledge sharing across the UN-IFI partnership and peace finance agenda. You will lead the knowledge management strategy, develop learning products and support a community of practice for field offices and HQ.

You will foster strategic partnerships with the World Bank, translate policy into practical tools, ensure gender equality and youth inclusion, and drive knowledge quality across outputs.

Qualifications

• Enhanced analytical skills and knowledge management expertise.
• Experience with knowledge products and partnerships.
• Ability to translate policy into practical learning materials.
• Experience with UN/IFIs or international orgs.
• Experience facilitating peer learning and communities of practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead knowledge management strategy, systems and products for the Facility.
• Design learning programs, webinars, and communities of practice for UN practitioners.
• Support partnerships with World Bank, AfDB and other MDBs and document outcomes.
• Conduct applied research on peace finance and policy engagement.
• Ensure gender equality, youth inclusion and ethical use of digital technology across outputs.
