Responsibilities

  • Develop a long-term knowledge management roadmap aligned with statewide goals and mandates.
  • Collaborate with state agencies, researchers, vendors, and SME groups to source and validate authoritative information.
  • Monitor industry trends and public sector practices to advise leadership on knowledge needs.
  • Establish strategies for collaborative platforms to support knowledge sharing across the enterprise.
  • Capture, preserve, and transition legacy knowledge as staff or systems change.
  • Create policies for knowledge access, retention, and security following state standards.
