Job summary

Eden Housing, Inc. is seeking a Knowledge Management Manager to establish and sustain an organizational KM approach. You will lead governance, standards, and support structures to create, maintain, and share trusted knowledge across the organization.

The role coordinates with subject matter experts, managers, and the Knowledge Council, focusing on practical execution and scalable processes that enable sustainable knowledge practices and responsible AI enablement over time.

Qualifications

• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, training outlines, needs assessments, and manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Responsibilities

• Own Eden Housing’s Knowledge Management program and implementation roadmap.
• Translate KM strategy into phased actions aligned with capacity and priorities.
• Coordinate sequencing and dependencies across KM initiatives.
• Act as point of contact for KM questions, decisions, and escalations.
• Establish KM governance structures and Knowledge Council; maintain content standards and templates.
• Support Knowledge Stewards with guidance and training; identify high‑risk or high‑value knowledge areas.
