Job summary

LMI seeks a Knowledge Management Analyst to support CBP and USBP in executing KM initiatives across the program. The role is hybrid with required on-site presence in Washington, DC and occasional travel.

You will help implement KM policy, enhance knowledge repositories, and coordinate with IT and OIT for tool support. Responsibilities include developing KM strategy, governance, training staff on SharePoint and collaboration tools, and enabling effective knowledge capture, storage, and reuse

Responsibilities

• Lead KM framework, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures.
• Provide guidance on PMOD tool suite and SharePoint governance.
• Develop and maintain KM repositories and knowledge exchange technologies.
• Train PMOD workforce on SharePoint, PAL, Office Communicator, and other tools.
• Support design and implementation of automated Requirements/Configuration/Document Management systems.
• Promote organizational learning and knowledge sharing across programs.
