Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist for its Westminster, CO location. The role designs and sustains the KM program, integrates governance, and aligns with regulatory requirements.

You will partner with IT, Records Management, and business units to maximize knowledge value, enable access to trusted information, and support workforce continuity. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Knowledge Management, Library and Information Science, Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Preferred certifications include CKM, CIP, AIIM IG, PMP, Prosci Change Management, and SharePoint Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Legacy Management Knowledge Management Program, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and priorities.
• Develop and maintain KM strategy, roadmap, and governance framework to support knowledge sharing, retention, innovation, and continuity.
• Design, implement, and manage knowledge lifecycle processes including creation, capture, validation, storage, retrieval, archival, and disposition.
• Administer knowledge repositories and digital workspaces including SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and other ECM systems.
• Ensure compliance with policies, retention schedules, security, and regulatory obligations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to transfer critical institutional knowledge and support workforce succession.
