Job summary

INTECON, LLC seeks a Knowledge Management Analyst to support the National Guard Bureau KM program in Arlington, VA, on-site full-time. The role emphasizes governance, information architecture, metrics, and enterprise knowledge products across the National Guard Enterprise. The candidate will perform KM maturity assessments, publish governance materials, and coordinate with KM reps and leadership to enable knowledge sharing and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience applying enterprise KM principles.
• Experience supporting KM governance structures; KM maturity assessments; cross-functional knowledge sharing; Communities of Practice; KM training using LMS platforms.
• Basic proficiency with SharePoint Online (365), including lists, libraries, sites, permissions, and content organization.
• Must possess at least one of the following: CKM/CKS; APQC Certified Knowledge Manager; US Army KMQC; AF KM AFSC; or a bachelor's or higher degree in Organizational Learning or Library Science.
• A bachelor's or higher degree in Organizational Learning or Library Science satisfies this requirement or any listed certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform KM program management activities in accordance with CNGBI 5002.01 and MSR reporting.
• Coordinate and administer the KM Program Maturity Model Assessment and provide corrective guidance.
• Develop, maintain, track, and update KM metrics and dashboards.
• Support the development and publication of enterprise KM governance products and plans.
• Facilitate KM communications products and governance events; conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
