Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC in Morgantown, WV is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to design, implement, and continuously improve the KM program. You will partner across Information Governance, Records Management, IT and business stakeholders to maximize organizational knowledge value.

The role focuses on governance, information architecture, and digital workplace solutions, with a travel requirement of less than 5% of the time and a salary range of $75,000–$85,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Information Management, Knowledge Management, Library & Information Science, Business Admin, Public Admin, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7 years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of the Legacy Management Knowledge Management Program.
• Develop knowledge lifecycle processes including creation, capture, validation, classification, storage, retrieval, archival, and disposition.
• Administer knowledge repositories and digital workspaces like SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Ensure compliance with policies, retention schedules, and security requirements.
• Foster Communities of Practice and knowledge-sharing forums across the organization.
• Deliver training and change management initiatives for knowledge platforms.
