Job summary

RSI is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist in Westminster, CO to design, implement, and continuously improve the organization’s KM program. You will partner across functions to promote collaboration, information governance, and digital workplace solutions, ensuring access to trusted knowledge while preserving institutional memory.

The role emphasizes governance, security, and regulatory alignment, with opportunities to lead training and change management initiatives and measure program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information management or related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and improvement of the Legacy Management Knowledge Management Program.
• Develop and maintain KM strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.
• Design and manage knowledge lifecycle processes (creation, capture, storage, archiving).
• Administer knowledge repositories and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Microsoft 365).
• Ensure compliance with policies, retention schedules, and security requirements.
