Qualifications

• Experience designing and sustaining KM capabilities across organizations.
• Strong track record in executive correspondence and congressional engagements.
• Proven ability to coordinate across senior leaders and staff functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and sustain KM capabilities to improve information sharing and collaboration.
• Design, administer, and maintain Army 365 (A365) environments for enterprise information management.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing initiatives and process improvements across OASA (IE&E) and ODASA.
• Leverage collaboration technologies to support awareness and decision-making.
