Job summary

CSCI Consulting seeks a Knowledge Management Analyst to capture, govern, and maintain program knowledge across DoW/DoD projects. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate, approved documentation for teams, stakeholders, and sustainment resources to support adoption and long-term operations.

The role emphasizes governance, version control, training readiness, audit support, and handoff activities within a structured federal delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–10+ years in knowledge management or enterprise documentation.
• Experience organizing large project documentation in structured repositories.
• Strong document lifecycle, version control, and approval workflows.
• Experience creating SOPs, job aids, FAQs, and training materials.
• Ability to coordinate across business, technical, PMO, and stakeholders.
• Experience with compliance-driven documentation and audit readiness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Capture and maintain project knowledge assets and evidence.
• Maintain centralized document repositories and governance.
• Develop user-facing SOPs, quick guides, and training materials.
• Support readiness and approval for milestones (SIT, UAT, deployment).
• Coordinate across teams to validate accuracy and usability.
• Identify content gaps and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support ownership, review cycles, and archival procedures.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, processes, and training.
• Organize evidence to enable knowledge transfer to users and sustainment.
• Assist with training, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Document lessons learned and process improvements.
