Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to support the Indo-Pacific Logistics Support 2 (ILS2) program. You will develop and maintain knowledge management processes, SOPs, and SharePoint-based environments to enable effective information sharing across dispersed teams.

You will collaborate with program leadership, SMEs, and customers to identify KM requirements, implement workflows, and drive governance, data tagging, and content management for improved operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 4–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting knowledge management, content management, or information management.
• Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration environments.
• Experience developing SOPs, process docs, user guides, and training materials.
• Experience translating requirements into practical KM or business processes.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain KM processes, tools, and repositories for the ILS2 program.
• Support Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments for secure information sharing.
• Maintain structured repositories containing AARs, SOPs, and lessons learned.
• Capture requirements from customers and stakeholders to improve KM capabilities.
• Develop SOPs, user guides, templates, and knowledge products.
• Create structured workflows and automation to streamline tasks and approvals.
• Support data governance, tagging, metadata, and COP-related activities.
• Administer and optimize SharePoint sites, libraries, and permissions.
• Build SharePoint-based solutions and automated workflows to improve processes.
