Job summary

Linchpin Solutions, Inc. seeks a Knowledge Management Specialist to design, develop, and maintain knowledge management solutions for the DoD programs. You will bridge IT administration with curriculum management and ensure secure, easily accessible organizational knowledge and course data.

The role emphasizes training adoption, data security, and collaboration across military, government, contractor, and technical teams, with a strong focus on governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Education, Instructional Systems Design, or a related field is required (Master's preferred).
• CompTIA Security+
• MS-102 (SharePoint Administrator) or equivalent
• MS-700 Certification (Microsoft Teams)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain knowledge management solutions for DoD contracts.
• Bridge IT admin work with curriculum management and student data security.
• Ensure compliance with DoD security standards and continuous learning objectives.
