Job summary

The role requires strong KM expertise, JD, and 5+ years in relevant practice areas, with deep knowledge of IPR, insurance, and privacy tech.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of law firm experience in Insurance + Reinsurance Litigation, Insurance Transactional + Regulatory, Intellectual Property, and Privacy + Cyber practice groups.
• Experience with knowledge management tools and technologies such as databases, intranets, portals, search engines, and document management systems.
• Demonstrated experience in knowledge management, legal research, and practice support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the embedded KM expert and liaison for assigned practice groups.
• Own and lead the curation of knowledge artifacts in the KM database.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and assess KM strategies and systems for assigned groups.
• Create, organize, and maintain model documents, forms, precedents, drafting guidance, and resources.
• Capture and relay user feedback to improve KM tools and processes.
• Monitor market trends and developments in legal technology to inform KM initiatives.
• Identify gaps in knowledge base content and curate targeted contributions.
• Plan and execute KM innovation projects with measurable ROI.
• Collaborate with KM leadership to evaluate and implement new technologies.
• Champion technology adoption and change management for KM programs.
