Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years of law firm experience in Insurance + Reinsurance Litigation, Insurance Transactional + Regulatory, Intellectual Property, and Privacy + Cyber practice groups.
Experience with knowledge management, legal research, and practice support, including KM tools and technologies.
Proficiency in legal research databases and knowledge management platforms.

Responsibilities

Serve as the embedded KM expert and liaison for assigned practice groups.
Own and lead the curation of knowledge artifacts in the KM database.
Develop, implement, maintain KM strategies and systems tailored to practice needs.
Create, organize, and maintain model documents, forms, precedents, drafting guidance, and resources.
Vet, plan, and execute KM innovation projects aligned with firm goals.
