Qualifications

• 5+ years of law firm experience in Insurance + Reinsurance Litigation, Insurance Transactional + Regulatory, IP, or Privacy + Cyber.
• Strong knowledge of knowledge management tools and legal tech platforms.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Experience with document management systems and intranets (e.g., iManage).

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded KM expert and liaison for assigned practice groups.
• Own and lead the curation of knowledge artifacts in KM database.
• Develop and assess KM strategies and systems for assigned groups.
• Create and maintain model documents, precedents, drafting guidance, and practice resources.
