Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke LLP seeks a Knowledge Management Attorney to lead KM for Insurance + Intellectual Property teams. You will curate model documents, precedents, and drafting guidance, while implementing KM strategies aligned with firm objectives.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership.
• Minimum five (5) years of law firm experience in Insurance + Reinsurance Litigation, IP, or related KM practice.
• Proven track record in knowledge management, legal research, and practice support using KM tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the embedded KM expert and liaison for assigned practice groups.
• Own and lead curation of knowledge artifacts in the KM database.
• Develop, implement, maintain KM strategies and systems for the groups.
• Create and maintain model documents, precedents, and practice area resources.
• Capture user feedback to improve KM tools and processes.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance KM and practice support.
