Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school is required.
• Minimum five years of law firm experience in Insurance + Reinsurance Litigation, Insurance Transactional + Regulatory, Intellectual Property, or Privacy + Cyber practice groups.
• Experience with knowledge management tools, databases, intranets, search engines, and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the embedded KM expert for assigned practice groups and own knowledge artifacts.
• Develop, implement, maintain KM strategies and systems tailored to practice needs.
• Create, organize, and maintain model documents, precedents, and drafting guidance.
• Capture user feedback and drive continuous KM tool improvements.
• Vet and implement KM innovation projects aligned with firm goals and ROI.
• Collaborate with KM leadership to evaluate new technologies and drive adoption.
