Troutman Pepper Locke LLP seeks a Knowledge Management Attorney to drive the creation, organization, and governance of knowledge resources across Insurance + Intellectual Property groups. The role focuses on model documents, drafting guidance, and client-ready knowledge artifacts.

You will lead KM initiatives, assess legal tech, and train attorneys on best practices while supporting firm-wide knowledge management objectives and innovation.

Formación

• Minimum five (5) years of law firm experience in relevant practice groups.
• Proven ability to manage knowledge management programs and tools.
• Experience with legal research databases and KM platforms.
• Active bar membership.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as embedded KM expert for Insurance + IP practice groups.
• Develop and maintain model documents, precedents, and drafting guidance.
• Lead KM strategies, systems, and training materials.
• Evaluate new technologies to enhance knowledge management.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive KM adoption and change.
