Qualifications

• Knowledge of KM principles and lifecycle methodologies.
• Experience designing and delivering KM training programs.
• Ability to develop curricula, job aids, and learning products.
• Knowledge of LMS usage, administration, and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver enterprise KM training and curricula.
• Assess KM training needs and plan adoption strategies.
• Create learning materials, guides, and presentations.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended KM training to dispersed audiences.
• Support LMS administration and tracking of training effectiveness.
