Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Knowledge Modeler / Ontologist to design and govern enterprise ontologies for knowledge graph initiatives. You will bridge business stakeholders, data engineering, and AI/ML teams to translate domains into rigorous semantic models.

You will lead ontology lifecycle, apply standard patterns, and ensure alignment with governance and regulatory needs while collaborating across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on ontology engineering or knowledge modeling.
• Experience delivering enterprise ontologies or domain models.
• Ability to translate business concepts into machine-readable semantics.
• Familiarity with W3C standards and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead ontology lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Design T-Box schemas and hydration patterns for data sources.
• Maintain ontologies using OWL/RDF/SKOS and align with business goals.
• Collaborate with data eng, AI/ML, and SMEs to validate competency questions.
