Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Knowledge Enablement Specialist to support a large IT program for a federal government client.

You will develop and maintain knowledge management documentation, templates, and governance, and publish knowledge articles following standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, creating training materials, and monitoring knowledge management activities to improve performance and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 6 years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain a DHS EOD clearance.
• Strong writing skills and ability to create clear documentation.
• Experience with ServiceNow Knowledge Management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support knowledge management and training functions for a large federal IT services contract.
• Develop, update, publish, and maintain knowledge articles per standards and taxonomy.
• Maintain master inventory with metadata, ownership, and status tracking.
• Coordinate with authors, stakeholders, and knowledge article points of contact.
• Draft stakeholder communications and develop training materials and templates.
• Monitor activities and identify opportunities to improve content and delivery.
• Support design and maintenance of training documentation and job aids.
